BIO

As a Construction Consulting Professional and licenced builder, I have helped my clients bid, set up and deliver major projects from $3m to $3b.  My speciality is combining the skills and experience of multiple roles into an all-inclusive construction management offering.  Combine a builder, PM, Design Manager, Project Director, Services Manager, Site Manager, Commercial Manager and Expert Scheduler/Planner into one and that is what I do.  I can optimise the design and construction of any project to save money and time while also improving quality, safety and stakeholder outcomes.

From data centres to hospitals to mixed-use commercial to high security defence projects, my consulting commissions cover a broad range of sectors for some of the leading builders and developers in the Country.  My client references speak for themselves, and I am typically able to extract 10-100+ times my cost in financial benefits for my clients.

I am used to running teams up to 50 people and I am often positioned as lead PM/Project Director on major projects to achieve exceptional design and commercial outcomes.  I am capable and familiar with reviewing and managing every design discipline.  I have 30 years of best practice project examples to refer to, along with an extensive network of subbie, supplier and tier 1 builder connections.

As a Construction Manager and Project Director I have run some of the most complex and high-quality projects in the country, including the ASIO Headquarters (Ben Chifley Building ACT), SASR Headquarters (Campbell Barracks WA) and ATO Headquarters (Narellan St ACT), amongst many others.

As an Operations Manager I oversaw regional businesses in the ACT and WA turning over circa $300m per annum, developing teams and people to create exceptional project outcomes.
